Who We Are

Merit Ventures Limited is owned and managed by Caroline Kenny who has over 20 years experience in the UK residential lettings industry.  Caroline is a highly experienced Consultant and Advisor to the UK Private Rented and Build to Rent sector.  She is a Fellow (retd) of ARLA Propertymark, and holder of the prestigious NFoPP Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management (DipRLM).
