      Mentoring Calls Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. When a mentoring call booking is arranged, full payment received, and the booking has been confirmed by the tutor, the tutor will endeavour to call the student on the agreed date and time and on the telephone number provided by the student. The tutor will attempt to call the student up to three times at that agreed time in order to make contact.  If the student does not answer the call after the third attempt full cancellation charges will apply and no refund of the pre-paid fee will apply.

2. In the unlikely event that the tutor needs to cancel or re-schedule the call, the tutor will endeavour to inform the student as soon as possible via email asking the student to book an alternative slot.   If the alternative appointments are not convenient for the student a full refund of the pre-paid fee will be given to the student.

3. The student agrees to be available on the agreed date and time for the call.  Should the student need to cancel the call they have booked they must email info@meritventures.co.uk at least 48 hours before the appointment.  A 50% fee refund will then be applicable.  Unfortunately, no refund can be given if the student cancels within 48 hours of a scheduled call. 


      Website Review Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

1.  When an Agency Website Review is booked, full payment received, and the booking has been confirmed by Merit Ventures Limited, the review of the Agency's* website will take place within the 6 hour period booked.

2.  In the unlikely event that Merit Ventures needs to cancel or re-schedule the booking, Merit Ventures will endeavour to inform the Agency as soon as possible asking the Agency to book an alternative slot.  If the alternative appointments are not convenient for the Agency a full refund of the pre-paid fee will be given to the Agency.

3.  A full report will be provided to the Agency by email after the review and the areas covered will be bespoke to that Agency.  If more information about the scope of the report is required prior to booking please email info@meritventures.co.uk.

4. Once booked, if the Agency needs to cancel the review they must email info@meritventures.co.uk at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.  A 50% fee refund will then be applicable.  Unfortunately, no refund can be given if the Agency cancels within 48 hours of a scheduled review.

*The Agency is the Letting Agency booking the review.
